What is your role on Engage to Change?

It is my job to engage with employers who want to work with us on our programme and find jobs for our clients. I work closely with and develop relationships with employers across South Wales.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I love the variety of the role. There are so many aspects to my role which allow me to meet lots of different people and educate them on what we do on the Engage to Change project. It is fantastic to be part of a programme that can change people’s lives and enables our clients to achieve their potential.

What has been your proudest Engage to Change moment?

My proudest moment has been finding my first client a job that she loves. I love hearing how she is getting on in that role and the progress that she is making. It is what this job is all about!

Tell us a few of your favourite things…

I love the outdoors. I love walking and camping and will go camping at any opportunity in the summer. I also love my dog Pedro who is my little side-kick and keeps me active.
